Allow the user to select a scale inside the setting panel and snap any pitch change to the selected scale when "snap to grid" is turned on.

There is still a bit of "phaseness" in some of the shifted notes. We need to further refine the pitch shifting algorithm.

Be able to reorder track by dragging on the track icon

Be able to adjust the volume of each note individually.

Be able to set custom tuning. For example, set "A" to equal another value other than the standard 440hz.
